Our house needed extensive renovation, including two bathrooms, walls removed in the kitchen and other projects Chris and Kacie were exceedingly helpful in understanding our vision and creating the perfect home They provided excellent communication and are honest and trustworthy. We lived out of state and their updates and suggestions and pictures provided a sense of security for us. Our home is beautiful beyond our expectations. The company did a superior job. Not only did they replace my kitchen, but took charge of interior of my living room and family room and hired great painters carpenters and floor repair workmen. I left everything in their hands and they kept me informed as to each minor and major installation. All my friends and neighbors who have visited me are now asking me about Timeless Kitchen & Bath and telling me what a wonderful job they did.I would like to add that Timeless Kitchen and Bath also replaced my hall bathroom. I gave them a photograph out of a magazine of a modern bathroom and they followed it exactly as I wanted it. I removed my tub and now have a walk in shower. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chris and Kacie and their crew We had an extensive remodeling project of the kitchen in our 100 Year Old home It was basically a “tear down” - opening walls to the studs, removing some walls- and closing off doors even. Everything went but the floors and ceiling! I immediately bonded with Kacie as she took a close look at our lifestyle, the incredible river views that were available, and understood my desire to maintain the desirable aspects of the older home. Yet we wanted to completely modernize the kitchen She took all this into consideration when offering her design She “got us” More important to me since I am not a spatial thinker- her computer generated images really allowed me to “see” the design And incredibly- the kitchen truly looked exactly like those images when completed! You can imagine what surprises there were in a 100 year old house as the project progressed Both Kacie and Chris took them all in stride and presented solutions as they developed and the project went so smoothly (at least for us!) We were so happy with the kitchen that we decided to have them remodel our master bathroom Another huge project in a 100 year old house We are extremely pleased with the results Once again- we can’t say enough good things about working with Chris, Kacie and all of their talented and professional crew.

Kacie and Chris make a great team. We live in IL and had our very outdated condo gutted and remodeled. New floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. It was a very scary undertaking when you live so far away. Kacie helped with the remodel decisions and presented choices to us via email that were what we had imagined this condo could look like. Kacie was responsive - and we asked a lot of questions! She sent pictures of the remodel as it was progressing and made sure all of our "must haves" were included. She also had to work within the very demanding rules of our condo association during Covid, which was not easy. Her crew was amazing! From the flooring guys, carpet team, countertop company, electrician and painters they were all hard workers and did an amazing job. Although with supply chain issues the remodel took longer than all of us expected...it was worth the wait. Everything is beautiful and we could not be happier. It is like we started over and bought a new condo. We have showed it to all of our neighbors and now everyone wants to refresh their condo. Kacie and Chris (Timeless Kitchens and Baths) remodeled 2 bathrooms and various other work in my newly acquired condo. I live 900 miles away, so they handled everything long distance. They made sure to keep me up to date. They were on site daily to make sure everything was handled properly. Each time I came in town they made sure the condo was spotless and ready for me to enjoy. They noticed every detail and took care of everything that needed to be done. They finished on time. I would highly recommend them for any project. When I first decided to renovate my bathroom I knew it would be a complex project involving painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and tile work. I decided to enlist the help of Timeless Kitchen & Bath. The project started when Chris Howard, the Project Manager, outlined to me the scope of the project showing when each part of the work would be done. During the project, Chris came to my house regularly to make certain the vendors showed up on time and did quality work. He kept me up to date every day during the renovation. We made some adjustments along the way and Chris was always able to work them into the schedule. After the renovation was complete Timeless Kitchen and & Bath made follow up visits to me to make certain that I that was completely satisfied.
